Does anyone see an issue with a Thunderbolt Display sitting on top of a new Mac Mini? I just got both last week and the cleanest set up for me seems to be with the display sitting on top of the mini. The mini seems to be working just fine. I was wondering if the weight might cause me a problem down the road. Anyone else doing this??

I would not do this, get a display stand:

Too heavy, Buy a display stand or build one out of plywood..

Just spoke with the guys at Apple Care. They told me that there are no issues with stacking a Thunderbolt Display monitor on top of a Mac Mini. Whew.

I did it for years with an Apple Cinema display on top of the mini with an optical drive. No issues at all.

The new minis have a much more solid design.

You may see a bit of degradation in Bluetooth of WiFi signal strength, but I wouldn't be concerned unless you are having signal strength issues.
