I think this has been covered in the past, but what's your current internet speed like these days? I just got upgraded to 24Mbps down and 2Mbps up, which is a giant step up from my old 3Mbps plan. It's like living in a new world when it comes to streaming HD videos. Smile

2.8 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up. That's what you get for living in rural England. Mad

I get 6Mbps down and .07 Mbps up. That's actually the best service you can buy in my area. They are supposed to upgrade to 12Mbps in like a year though. Which is sort of sad because I already get that up on Verizon LTE.

Lighting fast!

That's about all Comcrap has ever said it is, so that they don't have to worry about anyone complaining about it not being a certain speed.

I get like 27Mbps down and 1.8Mbps up with Windstream. It's pretty awesome.

I hate me some Comcast and Time Warner. Aren't your speeds rated though? Meaning you pay a certain price for up to a certain speed. If I was paying for X and got Z, I would be complaining big time.

Did I say I wasn't Rolling Eyes

I'd rather have a decent reliable connection than the fastest one. Every time my ISP gives us a speed increase we end up have months of problems where we get poor speeds or loss of connection altogether.

We are probably due another speed increase soon as its been on 64Mb for a few years now, but I'd rather they leave it alone whilst its working well and not keep trying to push to be the fastest Confused

3.05 megabyte Siemens is pretty decent. I'd be content.
