Most reports that I've read said the 1.7 firmware update fixed the flickering issues. They are also saying that the 10.8.3 should help with some of the remaining color issues across the entire Mac lineup. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

I am still having the flicker issue on my new 2012 Mini. Samsung monitor connected w/thunderbolt to dvi and Dynex 27" TV connected with HDMI. My flicker consists of screen turning blue for a few seconds. On the verge of calling retailer and requesting a new one or some sort of fix.
On a side note, I learned yesterday that with external speakers plugged into audio jack, I can not select HDMI audio out as source. Is this a design flaw or am I doing something wrong?[/quote] _________________ 2.5 GHz IvyBridge i5 Mini/CoreDuo Mini/eMac/beige G3/performa 6100/iPod/iPhone 5 |

| I have a Dynex and the mini will not work with it over HDMI. It comes on then goes off repeatedly. It works fine with all my other brand TVs and monitors. |

Google is usually pretty helpful for these types of questions.
Who makes Dynex?
