What brand of RAM are you using in this configuration? | I have the 2011 Mac Mini and Apple only told me it would take 8 gigs of ram that is it.I have this now. |

marv777, we get it. You have a 2011 MM with 8 GB of RAM, not 16 GB, as Apple "told you".
However, this thread is about the mid-2010 MM and it's capabilities of handling 16 GB. mwhities has achieved this configuration and I'm trying to find out what brand of RAM they are using. Finding 16 GB (2x8) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1066 (PC3 8500) chips has been difficult and I'd rather not reinvent the wheel. _________________ Mac Mini Server 2.66GHz C2D, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD
