A service I frequent is requiring a newer version of the client software, so it looks like I'm gonna get dragged kicking and screaming in to 10.5!
I was hoping to hold off for a few days, so I could get my uptime over 200 days, but there is no reason now to leave the G4 running 24/7. So my final uptime will be a few hours over 199 days(up 199 days, 3 hrs). Or 4,779 hours when I shut her down in a few minutes.
Later, when I reboot, I'll CCC the 10.4 partition, clean it up and start the migration.
I feel like it's the end of an era.

10.4 wow 10.5 isn't supported much anymore as well no flash player because the security update for 10.5 removes older versions of flash and the last version of flash was 10.2 for 10.5 it would seem that that might be a waste of time as well
kinda sad though because 10.4 server there still releasing flash player for which i find is unfair |

Well, with a G4 it's either 10.4 or 10.5. So it's 10.5.
I'm not worried about Flash being updated.

Mostly up to speed, but some apps, like Mail, crash randomly.
I never noticed that so many things are so annoying in 10.5 compared to 10.4, as my use of 10.5 on the HTmini was limited to seeing if the drives had mounted, and using the Plex Media Center, or Media Manager.

Yeah, Apple bumped up the graphics memory in the 1.33 and 1.5 GHz models to support CoreImage.
