The two houses next to mine are under construction.
I was able to find some 2X10s & 4X4s in the gate before the workers threw them into the dumpster.

So i bought about 40' of 1X4 popular, Danish oil & paint 1-4X4@6' & 1-2x10@10'

And made this:

What was your total material cost? The part you had to pay out of pocket?

How much time did it take you to complete?

2 1/2" Pocket hole screws 500? (250) $12.50 on eBay. 45 chamfering router bit $10 on eBay

Flat oil based paint 1@$10
Danish Oil 2 @$7ea
Lumber under $18

Wood was indoors for about 6 weeks to dry, about 24 total hours to build.
