Do you want to play a fun text-based game? If so, you may want to check out SuperPower - World at War (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/superpower-world-at-war/id507134694?mt=8). Yeah, it's an actual text-based game, but it's pretty dang fun, in my opinion. As a matter of fact, I'm trying to figure out how popular text-based games are these days. I ran by this one by nothing more than pure luck.
If you know of any other text-based games, you should post them here and let me know. I want to see what else is out there and why they work. Personally, I like SuperPower - World at War (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/superpower-world-at-war/id507134694?mt=8), because it's like the game Risk and you can play against other players online. You basically try to dominate and you can make allies, but you can also make enemies.
I just think that games that involve strategy are so much more fun than games that don't. I don't need a game like Call of Duty where you just try to rack up the kills and then rinse and repeat. That's why I think that this text-based game is awesome, in my opinion. [/url] |

I've always been a fan of the Infocom games.

Infocom went out of business some 20 years ago.
However, you can find third party interpreters to be able to play the games.
