24-27" Monitor Options

It's almost time for me to order my i7 Mac Mini. Currently using an older Dell W3000 LCD TV/Monitor -

I rather have an TB display but not the $1k bill that goes along with it. Would like something that is reasonably priced and nice but it doesn't have to be the best. I just use it for surfing the web, e-mail, personal photos ect... Nothing major/professional.

Any suggestions?

You certainly can't go wrong with a dedicated computer display from Dell. I've been using two of their 24" UltraSharp models for the last couple years. I know they have a new 27" model in the UltraSharp line that looks pretty hot. It goes for $799.

They also have the old standby 24" U2410 for $450. I have two of these.

Dell also has a new line of edge-to-edge glass displays.

The 27" model goes for $310.

These displays are probably going to throw off a little more glare though.

i have a idea there are certain macintosh games that support 3d from the app store you can get son'y 3d playstation monitor it is 24 inch and does 3d and works with the mac mini because it is hdmi and even better there now only 179.99
