I have the standard i7 Mac mini on its way with a Fusion drive. I'm also going to up the memory to 16GB next paycheck. I really can't wait to see the GB numbers with everything installed.

BTW... Does anyone know of a good deal on quality RAM at the moment?

Has anyone seen a score of the new i7 Mac mini with a Fusion Drive? I don't think that I've seen anywhere yet.

Ars Technica is posting a review of one next week.

I ordered one with a Fusion yesterday. I'm guessing it should be here by the end of next week. I can't wait!

I formatted the SSDs, put them into a RAID 0 configuration, and installed Mountain Lion Server. Updated to 10.8.2 and then took this video.

It looks like the SSDs in RAID 0 are making a huge difference. Did you happen to test the Mac mini in the same configuration with 4GB of RAM? If so, what was the score? I'm just wondering how much these different upgrades are actually bringing to the table.
