I've recently purchased a Slingbox Pro HD. I did so to eliminate a $20/month extra DVR cable box that resides in my bedroom. I have 30 days to test this out and be sure that it meets all my needs or return to BestBuy. So far so good. The only thing that I can't stand is the remote situation; a mouse.
What App can I run on an iPhone or iPod that would best simulate the one that comes up at Sling? That, on screen remote, is a virtual remote that looks like the one that came with my Scientific Atlanta DVR (in my family room that the Slingbox is connected to) if it matters.
Will "Mobile Mouse" do the trick?
Thanks for any help. _________________

Although I can not answer any of your questions, Mobile Mouse has been great on PC for me in the past. _________________ Sometimes,

i can answer this but you still wont like it.
there is a iphone app to do it problem you wont be able to do it without the infared adapter for the iphone which will run you 149.99 you might want to think about getting a logitech harmony remote it will run you 100.00 but it is programable via mac and windows and supports 100,000 device's and works with sling boxes i know my friend has 3 of them herself |
