Apple is holding a special media event today at the California Theatre in San Jose, California. The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM Pacific Time / 1:00 PM Eastern Time. This thread is to be used for discussion about the event.
Time zones:
10:00 AM - Pacific
11:00 AM - Mountain
12:00 PM - Central
01:00 PM - Eastern
06:00 PM - London
07:00 PM - Paris
09:00 PM - Moscow
03:00 AM - Tokyo (October 24th)
05:00 AM - Sydney (October 24th)

| Apple is seriously going to piss me off if they come out with a new regular size iPad today. Especially one with a better front camera and charging behavior. Because I really just got mine and hate it. I'm still excited about the new Mac minis and 13" Macbook Pro though. It will be interesting to see how the latter gets priced too. |

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's only available for Mac, iOS and Apple TV users.

| * Live streaming video requires Safari 4 or later on Mac OS X v10.6 or later; Safari on iOS 4.2 or later. Streaming via Apple TV requires second- or third-generation Apple TV with software 5.0.2 or later. |

| I wasn't able to watch the event live, but I'll be watching it tonight. Well, right after I watch last week's episodes of Duck Dynasty on the old DVR. That's must see TV. |
