PS3 remote for bluetooth remote control

Can you use the PS3 remote with a Mac mini to control Plex or XBMC? If so, how would one get that working.

I'm pretty sure that you can use it and map it out with Remote Buddy. I used this app back in the day and it always worked like a charm.

Here is what i would do for a test run.

Go to gamestop and purchase a used remote so your not out 35.00 for one but only 19.99 for one instead this will save you money if it doesn't work.

also download the trial version of remote buddy before you purchase it

and see if it even finds the remote
