Modern Family is by far our favorite comedy. We also like Boardwalk Empire and The Newsroom on HBO. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

Here's quite a few from me.
I watch a lot of US TV and its good to see all the new season starting up again this week
I'm now going to be quite busy watching them which is a nice change as its all been a bit dull this summer with not much to watch. I've mainly been playing catchup on the seasons I hadn't watched.
May favourites new ones this last year have been Person of Interest, Touch, The Newsroom and Continuum
Shows I like that I've watched for a long time are NCIS, The Mentalist, Fringe, Sons of Anarchy, Dexter
A couple of new series that have started recently that look like they might be good were Last Resort and Revolution
On the comedy side, The Big Bang Theory is always good and I also like a UK show called Mrs Browns Boys _________________ Phil

Sarcasm?
I know the show, but haven't watched it. My wife is totally addicted though. It's like the talk of her southern friends.
I've also been watching Modern Family tonight. It's probably my favorite comedy. Two Broke Girls is funny too. It can also be easy on the eyes if you know what I mean.

| I like 2 Broke Girls. It's a good comedy. Quick wit, one liners and like you said easy on the eyes. The characters are pretty funny. I like Oleg especially. |

We love Mrs Brown's Boys! We did like the new Dr Who, but it seems to have lost something in the last few series'. |

Duck Dynasty keeps getting better and better in my eyes. And Uncle Si continues to be a hoot to watch. |

I grabbed a couple of episodes of this to try it out and loved it. I agree Si is an absolute scream. Jase's commentary make me laugh as well. I've now watched all of Season 1 and most of Season 2.
One question though, is Mountain Man for real? Can anyone really be that slow _________________ Phil

I watched 2 or 3 episodes, I thought it was okay, but I didn't really get into it. Perhaps it's a regional thing. If I could relate to more people in my life that were similar to the characters on the show, perhaps I would enjoy it more. |

I'm not sure its a relating thing, as I can safely say we don't have too many rednecks in the UK _________________ Phil

So, no one over there says that's bloody brilliant ya'll?
Si and Jase still keep me coming back for more. Some of the episodes this season have been hilarious. I like the one where he ended up with a poodle for a hunting dog and the one where he was digging up "vintage" coins from the Vietnam era. Meaning he burred regular coins and thought they would increase in price due to inflation. |
