Apple Releases iTunes 10.7 Update

Apple has released the iTunes 10.7 update for Mac and PC via their Software Update Utility and website for direct download. According to the company, this update adds support for iOS 6 running on compatible iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models. It also adds support for the latest iPod nano and iPod shuffle models. The iTunes 10.7 update weighs in at 157.33MB and requires OS X 10.6.8 or later.

| Hey did anyone get the extension cannot be installed because it's invalid error when installing this on mountain lion it runs but i was wondering what the extension error is for it makes no sense. |

Just installed the update on Snow Leopard and see no changes.
My Windows netbook also has iTunes installed but no update for it available yet. |

I have LION OS and just also installed this new update nothing new here. |
