Lately, I've been experiencing these little "blips" and skips in the audio whenever I look up Youtube videos, listen to music on Grooveshark...pretty much anything with audio. I have already tried booting up Garageband and playing a track on there...didnt work.

I have the Mac Mini 2011 (Easy access to the RAM)

Anybody have suggestions as to how I can fix this? Its annoying and I really like listening to music!

On a side note, I did upgrade the RAM myself. Upgraded from 2GB to 8GB, but experienced no problems. That was about 6 months ago, and this just started happening.

Are you running the latest version of Flash?

You might also try going into Audio Midi Setup and changing the audio output to 2ch 24-bit.

Repairing your disk permissons might also be beneficial.

Are you using Airport, or a cable, to connect to your router?

Try a cable, instead of Airport, at least temporarily, to see if the problem goes away.

To repair permissions, use Disk Utility and select the appropriate option.
