Doubtful. I'm sure you can get any type of memory shipped anywhere in the world if needed. It just comes down to price. You could ask a local reseller to order it in for you as well.

It doesn't have to be Kingston and it could come from the value series as well. I'm just letting you know what we as an Apple Authorized reseller use.

Here in the Philippines were I just moved the only resource here is Kingston which cost $22.00 to buy. Online I have no cc to use.
