When I play full screen games on my Mac Mini the fan starts to be extremelly annoying and noisy.
As soon as I quit the game everything is back to normal.

My mini is the most maxed out version you can get, dual core i7, 8GB RAM, SSD drive, Thunderbolt and ATi graphics.

My machine is usually dead silent due to the SSD drive, so it is really bugging me that it gets super noisy when I play games Sad

Is there something wrong with the cooling of my machine, specially the graphics card maybe?

No, not to worry, it is functioning normally. The discrete GPU and i-CPUs run warm and the fan is just doing it's job. Loud, but the alternative would be unfortunate. My QC MBP chugs under graphics work and QC Mini on Handbrake encodes.
