Yep and getting a good laugh at it to be honest. Facebook is not the new Google that's for sure. I feel for those that jumped on the bandwagon, but then again it's gambling.

They should probably rename the company Faceplant. Because that's what the stock chart may end up looking like. And the scary thing is, insiders are still locked up from cashing in for another 90 days. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised to see Facebook sitting in the single digits when all that selling kicks in. It's probably where it deserves to be anyways based on the PE.

There was a bit about it at Slashdot. Looks like there might have been some screwy things going on behind the scenes leading up to the release. The most beautiful bit to me, other than the pending SEC investigation, was that the stock should have been valued under $10 from the get go!

There are going to be so many lawsuits. I just don't see how they can monetize their user base like Google. They also can't do much with their mobile apps. I don't even think they show ads on them now. Plus, I read something that blew my mind. Zynga accounts for like 12% of their revenue. That seems awfully high coming from one company.

Investing in Facebook would be extremely risky. There are going to be a lot of disappointed people.
