Lion Game Compatibility List Let's get this started

Ok I have been using the developer's version of Lion running it through it's paces and i thought it would be a good idea with the removal of rosetta to create a list of games that don't work in Lion and don't have universal binary's so that new macintosh owners dont purchase the wrong software.


So lets begin.

American mcgee's Alice PowerPc/intel Yes but you need to install under snow leopard because the installer wont work under lion

Return to castle wolfenstein PowerPc No This title is now d.o.a on lion

Harry potter 1 & 2 PowerPc No This title is now d.o.a

Doom 3 Powerpc/intel Yes after updating to the latest version

Halo PowerPc/intel Yes once you purchase a new universal binary version from microsoft

Splinter cell 1 PowerPc No D.o.a

Stepmania Powerpc No D.o.a

Frets On Fire Intel Yes but shortly crashes after the song ends

Alien vs predator 2 Powerpc No D.o.a

Alien vs predator 1 Powerpc No D.o.a

Black and white Powerpc No D.o.a
