|

Is it just me or is it you as well.
Whenever I "Right Click" and
choose "Move To Trash" the
Item disappears. It doesn't
appear in the Trash can. It
just DISAPPEARS?
If I wanted to retrieve it from
the Trash, I can't. Its just gone.
So, is that how it now works or
do I have something set that is
causing it? If I set in the Finder
Preferences to Empty Trash Securely
or not, it doesn't matter. Whatever
I Move to the Trash, doesn't, like
I said, it just disappears. _________________ 2011 Mac mini 2.7 GHz i7 with

So what your saying is that
whatever you Delete or rather
send to the Trash shows up in
the Trash Can. Making it easy
to unDelete by dragging it from
the Trash.
Right?
Mine hasn't worked that way in
weeks but I didn't give it much
thought. I wonder whats up! _________________ 2011 Mac mini 2.7 GHz i7 with

Yep 10.7.3 2011 Mac mini , the only issue I have is a delay of putting my Mac to sleep. That delay is usually 20-30 seconds. Everything else is fine.......

When I Right Click on something and choose
"Move To Trash" I get a Dialog Box which states
"Finder wants to make changes - Type your password".
I then have to type my password and click on "OK".
Do you get THAT Dialog Box??? _________________ 2011 Mac mini 2.7 GHz i7 with

Nope, nothing pops up, when I right click to delete an item it sends it to the trash. Then I usually right click on my trash can several times a day to empty it, once again no problems. _________________ Mac mini Aluminium Unibody (2011) 2.3 GHz i5

Thank "you" for your input. I must
have something set somewhere
that is causing this behavior. I just
have no clue what or where.
Thanks again!!!!! _________________ 2011 Mac mini 2.7 GHz i7 with
