I just saw this deal for a cable to install a second drive in a 2011 mini. Price is unbelievably low, but has anyone here have any experience with this company? _________________ Mini 1: 2.3 ghz Core i5; 8 gb RAM, Corsair 240gb SSD, 500 gb Seagate XT

That is a good deal. I looked at some reviews on Reseller Ratings and they are pretty bad though. I'm thinking that I would probably pass. It might be worth it to spend a little more.

My conclusion was the same, Grasshopper, and I ordered the cable from a 123Macmini member for about $10 more. _________________ Mini 1: 2.3 ghz Core i5; 8 gb RAM, Corsair 240gb SSD, 500 gb Seagate XT

Well, good luck with the upgrade. I have the 2011 Mac mini server and it's nice having the two drives in such a compact space. That being said, I'm still waiting for an affordable Thunderbolt drive for more expansion. _________________ 2011 Mac mini with 8GB of RAM

| I bought that same cable from them about a week ago. It arrived a few days after I ordered it. Paid them through Paypal. Shipping was a bit high (about 8 dollars) for something as small as this cable is though. Even with the shipping, it's still much cheaper than anyplace else I found. |
