Your mini can't really be upgraded, beyond just the memory.
I would suggest that you look up the various versions of the mini that have come out and then look on eBay for something matching what you are looking for.

jake your budget has meaning. if you can spend about 600 you can buy this
http://www.amazon.com/Apple-MC815LL-Desktop-NEWEST-VERSION/dp/B004YLCLM6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322608433&sr=8-1
and two of these
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231266
total is just over 600.
now you have very old software so a lot of what you have on your old machine may be trapped on it.
Hard to tell if that is your case. _________________ 2010 Mm 2.4 C2D oem 320gb hdd 8gb ram

Honestly i can answer this very quickly.
1. do you have a lot of powerpc based software that you run on this macintosh right now???
If you do you might want to hold onto your older machine to run older programs and get a new machine it will run you about 600.00 plus 100.00 for the apple care warranty i recommend apple care with the new unibodys because they have had hard drive failure |
