the fastest solution so far is to own this macbook pro

then find someone that purchased one before lion came out and back grade the software to snow it runs snow leopard at more then twice the speed of a mac mini.

mini #2: Late 2009 mini. 2.53 Ghz, 500 GB 7200 rpm HD. 4 GB RAM. Geekbench=3526
