I purchase 8G memory for my new mac mini the 17 of September. Today, I do not received this yet, this is 18 days and no memory. I received the item normally about a 2 days or until 2 weeks if this came from Hong Kong. I request the memory or the memory and this is going to ship another one for maybe an extra memory.
I already open a case in Paypal, just in case. _________________ Mac Mini - 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

Have you called them? I found dealing with OWC when I had a bad enclosure to be very easy to work with and pretty fast to respond. I did find that I got a better response via phone then via email though. _________________ iMac 24" 2.4 GHz 4GB | Logitech S530 | Z-2300 speakers | NewerTech Guardian MAXimus RAID

I e-mail, I called, I open a case with Paypal and my memory or my money is not with me. I not recommend these people to anyone. _________________ Mac Mini - 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

Relax. Things happen. The shipping company may be trying to locate it. OWC may be verifying if it was shipped.
What was the last thing you heard from OWC? |

The company told me that they are going to send another set, that was 9 days ago. I will keep waiting but this will be my last purchase in that company. There is a lots of cheaper and faster company than that one, thanks. _________________ Mac Mini - 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

That sound to me like there is something "odd" or "incorrect/incomplete" about your postal address? or your geographic location? _________________ Martin at HeadSpin HD now on Blu-ray |

I check and is the same, don't know, maybe the company sent the memory in mule or in a walking messenger. _________________ Mac Mini - 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5

I'm surprised by your experience. Most people rate OWC favorably. Perhaps in the end they will exceed your expectations.
I'd contact thei marketing department after you receive the RAM and let them know of your experience. Give them an opportunity to mend the relationship. |

| I would just call to talk to customer service to discuss the delay, etc. They may be able to track your order. |

I've been buying from OWC forever now and I've never encountered any issues with them In fact I just requested an RMA online for a defective So-Dimm and I had it. I will receive replacement UPS today. Anytime I've called them, I've received nothing but A+ service. _________________ 2.5 GHZ i5 Mac Minu 8Gb Ram

I've had nothing but trouble with OWC, and even though they are the sole advertiser for XLR8YOURMAC, I will never buy from them again!

I've never had any trouble with OWC memory, service or ordering. I would totally rate them favorably. That being said, I'm not a big fan of their external drives. I would much rather have something from LaCie or G-Tech. Simply based of the quality of the materials used to make the enclosures. Their SSD's sound pretty awesome though. At least based on the reviews. _________________ 1.42GHz Mac mini

I had some bad experiences with them in past, but my more recent experiences have been good. Unfortunately, their shipping costs to Canada are atrocious, so I rarely bUy anything from them that can't be sent by regular post. _________________ Mini 1: 2.3 ghz Core i5; 8 gb RAM, Corsair 240gb SSD, 500 gb Seagate XT
