I've just tried it and it's no longer loading for me. I stopped visiting it about 6 months ago now, as it was rare to see any new posts.
The url still points to the same company as 123macmini it's just on a different server. So it's still a registered URL
I'm surprised the admins didn't just divert the url to here. _________________ Phil

We are in the process of merging the sites and adding another URL/domain to the mix. There will be more news about this in the fall, as well as a minor redesign. That's all I can really say now, because some of this depends on Brian's recovery. He's been quite sick for about the last year and a half. _________________ Glenn

I had no idea Brian was ill! Can you provide any specifics? _________________ -=iMav=-

He had to have emergency surgery on his heart and then got a secondary infection that almost killed him. I don't know all the exact medical terms, but it's been a really tough road for him. Not to mention a really expensive one. In fact, Charles and I have been thinking about starting something to help him out. Maybe like a donation website or something to let people know. He has a lot of friends and contacts in the Mac community that I'm sure would like to give him some assistance in this time of need. He's also just a great guy. _________________ Glenn

Thanks guys! I will spread the well wishes on to Brian.
BTW: We're also thinking about selling some older hardware and donated accessories in the classifieds section. That might be a good way to start too. Don't you think? Do you guys have any other ideas? _________________ Glenn

I'm really sorry to hear Brian is still unwell. I thought he was on the mend the last time you mentioned it.

I really hate the thought of your health system, the costs are the last thing you need to be worrying about when your unwell. Thank god for our National Health Service, we know we will be looked after when were unwell and we won't have a huge bill to pay at the end of it.
Please pass on my best wishes to him, and I hope it isn't too much longer before he's back on his feet. _________________ Phil

Yeah, it really does stink Cypher. I think healthcare should be treated as a right, not a business. Heck, even with decent insurance you can get wiped out. It's just a shame.
We are going to try and help though. Even if it's a small dent, it's something. _________________ Glenn
