Apple Updates HP Printer Drivers for Lion and Snow Leopard

Apple has released HP Printer Drivers v2.7 via their Software Update Utility and website for direct download. According to the company, this update includes the latest HP printing and scanning software for Lion and Snow Leopard. More information on the supported printers and scanners can be found here. The update itself weighs in at 494.47MB and requires Mac OS X 10.6.1 or later.

This is great news! Nice to see some prompt updates of drivers after Lion's release.

I agree, but I hope they get 10.7.1 out the door soon too. I have a bunch of problems here with Mail and running two screens. The second display is going dark on me from time to time. |

| I am looking forward to the 10.7.1 update as well. I thought it might even drop this week, but that's not looking good at this point. |

did anyone pay attention to rumors that there not going to do 10.7.1 but go straight to 10.7.2 because 10.7.2 went to developers but no sign of 10.7.1 going to developers
but at least i am glad there releasing this driver package about time |

| ok installed driver package the full install size is actually 506 meg decompressed out of the package i really wish i could only install the drivers for my printer only not all of them but oh well. |
