So, I have a Mini that is a late 2009 model and doesnt have the HDMI output. Im nearing about 200 hours on the Epson and would like to calibrate it to try and get a little bit of improvement. From reading various threads it appears the mini outputs full range ( 0-255 ) , and that in order to have any chance at calibration I need the projector to see ( 16-235) in order for blacks and whites to remain unclipped. I have the blacklight app on the mac mini in hopes of circumventing the lack of HDMI on the mac. i am also feeding the signal directly to the epson 8350, so no hdmi swither is in the video chain. What i need however are some files to calibrate with. Can someone suggest a downloadable file(s) to get a start. i have the Spears and Munsil bluray, but ripping this to get the required files is almost impossible...the btb and wtw like what exists on the bluray disc is what would be nice. Any suggestions or recommendations?[/list]

I would imagine you could start with the Colorsync calibration. Of course that will be a 0-255 calibration.
