I should probably ask this on the Handbrake forum but its such a lame question I'd be afraid they would hunt me down using my Ip address!
I'm new to ATV2 i love I want the best quality movie ripped from my DVD collection, done Superman (digitally remastered) last night and it came in at 1.95 gigs, while Im not concerned by file size, but does that sound right to you folks? Also will Apple tv 2 preset work on iPAD?
thansk for the help! |

Sounds about right for a decent quality handbrake conversion. _________________ Loving my mini's, hating what Apple has become.

ok here is a update i found 2 converters that kick on any mac.
1. download handbrake convert it into mpeg 4
2. there is a great hd converter called evom it works with iPod apple tv iPad and iTunes as well even better it's free i upgraded my superman collection from 480p to 1080p and it has never looked better but make sure you have a external hard drive when doing this superman went from 2 gig rip on highest settings with handbrake to 8.8 gigs after running through the hd converter. |

So it basically just converted the format and kept the quality. Cool. |
