Apple Releases Mac OS X 10.6.7 Updates

Apple has released the Mac OS X 10.6.7 Update via their Software Update utility and website for direct download. According to the company, this update is recommended for all users running Mac OS X Snow Leopard and includes general operating system fixes that enhance the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac, including fixes that:
- Improve the reliability of Back to My Mac.
- Resolve an issue when transferring files to certain SMB servers.
- Address various minor Mac App Store bugs.
The Mac OS X 10.6.7 Update weighs in at 475MB and requires Mac OS X 10.6.6. A Combo Update is also available here.
Apple also released the Mac OS X Server 10.6.7 Update today. According to the company, this update is recommended for all servers currently running Snow Leopard Server. It includes general operating system fixes, as well as specific fixes for:
- Properly displaying videos in Wiki pages that have special characters in their URL.
- Reliability of availability of Wikis after rebooting.
- Improved Wiki server cache verification.
- Reliability of Web Server restarts.
- iChat Server now behaves correctly with .local domains.
- Reliability of capturing videos using Epiphan devices with Podcast Producer.
- Allowing correct display of 12 digit hardware serial number with Server Admin.
The Mac OS X Server 10.6.7 Update weighs in at 541.21MB and requires Mac OS X Server 10.6.6. As with the Mac OS X 10.6.7 Client Update, there's also a Combo Update for which you can download here.

Wow that was the first update I think that got rid of my wallpaper. Booted up with the stock one. Music is cutting in an out now. May have got a bad download. Just paused my music and its taking forever to connect to the base station. Now it started again. Great something is messed up.
Edit: Maybe it's just taking time running stuff. I just updated my hard drive too I would think it would of done all this much faster. Music hasn't cut out for awhile now. |

I had to get the Mail plug ins Quote Fix and Letterbox back, as the old ones were disabled, but it seems OK. Actually it might feel somewhat quicker, but I'm not sure... _________________ ___________________Jim©
