Safari AdBlock works on most sites. It is not 100% effective but, works well enough to be useful.

Just downloaded it. Good deal. It does exactly what I wanted it to do mainly block those obnoxious flash ads on Yahoo! home page. Even with maxed out RAM loading that page for the first time each day was killing me.
