No problems with 10.6.5, but I wonder if that's for iPhoto '9 or '11? Cause I see no difference in iPhoto '11. It's still pretty pokey on my 2009 Mac mini and Macbook |

| Doesn't seem like much of an update. I was expecting more to be honest. |

Kind of like SL to begin with, mostly behind the scenes. Quite a bit was done particularly security-wise.

all I'm interested in is if they have spent anytime on the HDMI issues. My lovely shinny new HDMI Mac Mini is better as a drinks coaster then an HTPC, If I could get my 5 yr old one back I would in a flash!
Anyone with a new mini connected via HDMI want to let on if they have seen any handshaking improvements? _________________ Intel 2.4Ghz/4G Ram/1TB HDD/Server MacMini

No probs here, I only had to be busy making Letterbox work in Mail again (read the comments) and install a new QuoteFix (who wants to react like a dumb Windows Outlook user?) _________________ ___________________Jim©

Wow... I just got home from work and found my new MBPro d/l all this stuff. I forgot I had auto update on and checking for updates weekly and auto downloading them.
Look, I dont mind the occasional update here and there, but Apple just released GIGS worth of updates this past week. All at once. And with my ISP's ludicrously expensive capping plan, I will have used up all my month's bits (3GB) just from updating my Macs, which are working perfectly fine and dont require any freaking updates, as far as I'm concerned.
Anywho... just venting, and to those who are in the same boat with their ISP's, I recommend you turn auto update off as well.
Hey, remember when Apple released Snow Leopard and they boasted about how small and unbloated it was going to be. Yea, sure, if you dont count the size of these huge freaking updates...and not just the OS... look at the new iTunes... over 800Mb. Crazy! |

| I think my canon printer takes more time to load now after this update. I get the spinning beach ball. Never noticed that ever before. |
