Dang.

I've reinstalled the software (downloaded it directly from HP) along with the printer update from Apple but I cannot scan.

The scanner briefly starts moving then it stops and I get an error message that says "Sorry, an unknown error has occurred". Sad

The only time the scanner works is when I need to scan a test page when I install a new printer cartridge.

Somehow I suspect a lack of a Snow Leopard driver or something.

Anyone?

SUCCESS!!!

HP showed that my printer needed the "FULL 06 10.3" set of drivers and software. My previous version was 9.7

Was just able to scan like a CHAMP!

Thanks, Phillip! Very Happy
