Mac Mini Arcade: The Sims 2 University
Wednesday December 14, 2005

Aspyr Media today announced they have shipped The Sims 2 University for the Mac. Electronic Arts' The Sims 2 University is the first expansion pack for The Sims 2. The game introduces a new young-adult stage of life, 4 new career paths, new influence gameplay and more than 125 new objects. The Sims 2 University was developed for the Mac by Aspyr Studios, Aspyr's internal development team, under license from Electronic Arts. In related news, Apple posted a feature today for The Sims 2 University on its website.

Will the Sims 2 and the Sims 2 University play on a 1.42 mac mini? I'm getting one tomorrow (hoping for a speed bumped one thou) and am preparing for the worst. Can a 1.42 mac mini play these? I'd really like to get them.

All of the Mac minis meet the minimum requirements. The 1.5GHz mini 64MB video should do pretty good.

Sick, I actually didn't get out today to get my mini but once I do I'll pick these 2 games up.
