Apple Releases Security Update 2010-005

Apple has released Security Update 2010-005 via their Software Update utility and website. According to the company, this update is recommended for all users and improves the security of Mac OS X. It specifically addresses issues with CFNetwork, ClamAV, CoreGraphics, libsecurity, PHP and Samba. Security Update 2010-005 requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or 10.6.4.

211 megs for a security patch? That must be covering a very large hole in OS X. Don't Apple know how slow my broadband connection is?

I would say it's worth it for the PDF exploit though.
