I havn't used a Mac since OS 6 was the latest OS and I have two questions as I curently have a Mac Mini on order.
1. Can the mac mini w/superdrive accept mini cd's in the CD/DVD drive?
2. Is there a way in OSX to maximize a window full screen w/out having to drag the window to full-size? The '+' buttton on the title bar didn't seem to do that the last time I played around w/OS X, it just made the window a little bigger, but not full screen.
Thnx!

+ button toggles between window state and user state.

No it cannot. I've seen them explictly say that you cannot use mini cd's with the mini. It's probably on the specs.

Maybe it's better to skip the superdrive option and get an external dvd burner drive?

I would say so seeing as how I can't get any DVD-R media to burn at anything more than 2x. That way you could use the external drive with other machines. Enclosure + Dual layer dvd burner will run you about $100 as it is. Just make sure whatever apps you're going to use on OS X support the external DVD option. I'd go firewire rather than USB 2.0, but that's just me.

I've got the LaCie DL drive and it's working great. You do need to run some patch to allow the iApps to work with it though.
