I went and purchased a new mac mini (refurbished) this morning.

I was going to do it yesterday but I was too slow and it had gone by the time I got my card.

So I got the 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB, 160GB H/Disk for a no too bad price.

They have said dispatch is expected on the 21st April... seems a bit long to ship one, I assume they have it in their hands and have sent it back to the factory while it is in for refurb they stick it on the website? They weren't that slow in taking the money out of my bank account!

I checked just after 6am... They must have a had a couple as once I had bought mine they were still available.

What day is it?

on my order it said dispatch on the 21st and I just have had an email saying it has been dispatched....

My works computer is still saying the 9th!?

It is nice to see that it is not only Microsoft who work to a different time scale... Not that I am moaning, I get it earlier than I thought.

they do that a lot. tell you the 15th and do it the 10th. it has happened more then once to me. last time with my iMac in feb 2010

I'm rarely up at that time which is why I never see them. Guess I'm going to have to start making more of an effort now were into April and I'm ready to buy now.

I got it for £439 in total then I will get £8 cash back via my works cashback website.

So not too bad a deal.
