It's impressive, but that number is well below what people were estimating. It looks like Apple still has some selling to do. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

I don't know if that's really good or bad, but I'm one of the happy 300,000. |

It means another good sales day for Apple, and AT&T getting a slice of that pie. _________________

Bit frustrating watching the US get their hands on them but the UK still waiting on pricing, let alone the units themselves! _________________ iPhone 4 16GB

You can always bet that everything apple, adobe and even MS do will be more expensive and released after everyone else in the UK. In fact it goes for just about everything and anything. _________________ MacBook 2.1 - 4gb / 120gb / combo

I'm with you on that one cheef, just hoping when they do finally release them over here we get the OS4 versions and the 3G model is released at the same time. _________________ Phil

I think the issue us UK lot will face, is the currency exchange rate 'difficulties'.
$499 for the 16GB wifi model is, at current rate £329. I seriously doubt, as usual that we'll get a standard currency conversion. Probably near £400. _________________ iPhone 4 16GB

£329 +VAT would be £386 anyway, so I recon it will be nearer £450
I've just checked on the US and UK Stores at the various price differences between Mac Mini, iMac and Mac Pro
Mac Mini UK price in pounds is 85% the dollar price
iMac is 80%
Mac Pro is 77%
going with the mini being in a similar price range to the iPad this would give the $499 model at £425 but with recent exchange rate fluctuation it could be more. _________________ Phil

A MacBook Air with an i5 and 4GB of RAM with 160GB+ SSD would make me cancel my iPad 3G order. |

| You know what i found funny is G4 here in the u.s.a said don't purchase this device for gaming they said that it was to heavy to play games comfortably and your hands fall asleep they said the only good game right now is racing hd nothing else so it kinda sucks to buy one and have only one good app to play.. |
