Which version of Windows do you primarily run in Bootcamp (or on your aesthetically semi to non appealing PC box thingy)?
Don't be hesitant to tell us which/both you use if any. Or for those with particularly nice machines (or otherwise) tell us the specs/brand of your darkside machine.
- My family Darkside Machines since I'm not a gamer...
- Acer Intel Core 2 Duo Desktop (Office) Win 7
- Mac Mini Core 2 Desktop (Office) SL
- Acer Phenom Vista Desktop (Kitchen) Vista
- Gateway Athlon II Desktop (HTPC main floor) Vista
- HP Athlon 64 X2 Desktop (HTPC basement) Vista
- Gateway Core 2 Duo Laptop (Mobile) Win 7
My work Machines
- Lenovo ThinkPad Core Solo Laptop XP!
- Lenovo ThinkCentre Pentium D XP!
Note - Yes I know some of these aren't bootcamp but since some people *may* have darkside machines you never know... And yes I know I'm leaving off 2.0 etc but really how many of those machines even existed? _________________ My cat themed collection:

I had Windows 7 installed but deleted it as I have no need for it on my Mac. I have an Asus netbook with Windows XP if something requires Windows.
I recently had to take some online tests and it needed Windows and IE so I can't totally get away from Windows. |

Still need Windows to run MS Money as Quicken for Mac doesn't import the files. Works fine with XP in VirtualBox.
I've got a quad-core Dell Dimension 9200 that I use mainly as a stand for my mini. It is close to the same silver color. I now have W7 loaded on it. The fans are so loud that I rarely turn it on.
Work laptop is a Dell Lattitude D610 with XP. |

| I use the 64-bit version of Windows 7 on my MBP. The 32-bit version resides on my older CD Mac mini. I still need Windows for MS Money and some RC plane apps. |

| I'm using W7 and WMC more and more on my Mac mini. I can also use iTunes, Boxee and Handbrake just the same. I just got a little bored and confined feeling with SL. I also don't care for how OS X deals with multiple monitors. Going over to the menubar when you're working on something on the other display is such a pain in the butt. I also think Flash does way better under Windows. That doesn't mean that I'm switching back though. I still think SL is the better overall operating system. |

I just installed Win 7 on my brand new mini (Late 2009).
2.53 Core 2 Duo, 4 GB Ram and OSX 10.6.3. Nice upgrade from my old mini. _________________

I have no use for any Microsoft product on my Mac. I have to deal with it at work. I just don't want those problems when I come home! _________________ "You cannot run out of time. There is infinite time. You are finite. Zathras is finite."
