well panther is too old for me I started with tiger. I don't even know what the panther screen looks like.

Yeah I noticed that, but I figured they were just trying to keep us noobs and those who upgraded away. You know like that old weird neighbour down the road that insists everything was better in 1965, and drives around with a flat tire since the warranty said it would last 60,000 miles and by George he'll just drive it until it reaches 60,000 miles that way. Who cares about a tierod or three? But at least they had

Well my last Mac was an 8.6 I used it throughout college even though 9 came out (starving student who at that time didn't feel he had to pay for 9) Now I'm back brand new all over again with SL... I missed Panther, I also missed Tiger and everything between except Cheetah since the school had some OSX labs:P Great times.
