forgotten network key??

I have a few MACs running on my home wireless network through an Airport Extreme. Now, I am trying to connect a wireless printer and I seem to have forgotten the network key for the network !!! Aaaauugh!
Is there a way I can retrieve it somehow?

I know I wrote it down and put it in a paper file but, now I can't seem to find it.

Worst case scenario, there is probably a reset on the printer.

Edit: Nuts, just reread and realized this doesn't help at all. Cypher is on the spot!

I'm not familiar with the Airport range, but with traditional routers you would be able to log into the web based admin control panel via Safari and retrieve the password.

Alternatively on one of you Macs you could log into Key Chain Access (found in the Utilities folder in Applications) find the entry for your airport in the list and double click on it. In the form that opens tick the box labelled show password to reveal the password. You will probably have to enter your admin password to show password.
