iTunes Preview Adds Landing Pages for App Store
Thursday, February 4, 2010
Posted by: Kenan

Apple has expanded iTunes Preview with landing pages for applications in the App Store. This move comes nearly a month after the company added 30-second song previews to the web-based platform, which allows users to preview content without iTunes. Down below is a preview of the popular Facebook application for example. Okay now, does anyone else (cough cough... my fellow cloud-based iTunes dreamers) have a feeling that we'll be seeing landing pages for video content in March? FortuneBall thinks all signs point to yes.

I like these pages, but it still fires up iTunes. It would be nice if you simply had the option of opening iTunes. Oh, who am I kidding? I always have iTunes open anyways. Laughing

I actually like the look of these pages better than the ones in iTunes. The text is easier on the eyes.
