|
|
As we all know, Front Row uses Quicktime to play movies (DivX), but it's a problem because when a video is 4:3 I cannot play it on my LCD and automatically stretch the aspect ratio to make it fit the screen. Other players such as VLC have an option to force the aspect ratio regardless of source, but not Quicktime Playe..
is anyone aware of a plug in or workaround that makes QTP stretch my videos to 16:9 ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think Quicktime 7 Pro has a force aspect ratio setting. I don't know if it works in Front Row. Front Row 1.0.1 came out yesterday. Maybe the next hack will fix your bug. |

Hi,
could you please tell me where that setting is ? I have Quicktime Pro 7.0.2 and I think I checked every menu but haven't found something like that.
