Download 0.82 Mb/s sometimes 1.2 when I get lucky
Upload 0.40 Mb/s
I am south of Mr West but in a rural area.
We have another alternative to dial up since 2005 and we can have more than 0.5 since last year however not everybody can get DSL, spots are limited.

We just had our plan upped to 6 Mbps/512 Kbps a couple weeks ago as a part of some package with AT&T. We had 3 Mbps before, so it's a nice little bump for downloading and streaming video.

For some reason Metrocast won't ever increase their upload speeds from 756Kbs. Grrrrrrrr.

I prefer faster but this is the fastest from AT&T. If U-verse was available that would be ideal. I stream alot of HD Movies and play alot of xbox live. It works fine tho Shocked
