| I have it back & connected via firewire. It's supposed to have a smart switch so when you power down the Mac, it shuts down too. Is the blue light supposed to stay on or is mine screwed up, again? |

So does mine. Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I spent $100.00 returning the thing once, I didn't want to have to do it again.

Actually the $100 is with BOTH duties so the actual return cost is more like $65.00. Because I had to pay for shipping it back and then pay DUTY on it AGAIN when it came back. FedEx says I can talk to someone but probably WON'T get the second duty back. At least it SEEMS to be working right now. I bought from OWC thinking it would be cheaper than CPUSED $149. OH well, live & learn. |
