Sometimes my Mini doesn't like waking up. The login screen hangs. I boot form an external FW disk because this makes things much faster.
It could be an issue with power on the FW controller. Any suggestions? (turned off sleep for now) _________________ MAC MINI/1.42/1GB/100G/SD/AP/BT/N |

| Turn off power saving would be my only suggestion. |

| Also on my girlfriends 20" G5 imac there is a spot to make the processor run at its highest level. Go to Sys.prefs./Energy saver/options and you will see a drop down at the bottm. Move that to highest (or whatever it says). |

The mini doesn't have the option for processor setting, only G5's. The problem here sounds like the firewire drive is unmounted when the computer go to sleep, double check to make sure it supports deep sleep. _________________ 1.42 mini 1GB RAM with superdrive |
