The iPod touch still features Apple's revolutionary Multi-Touch user interface, a 3.5-inch widescreen glass display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a built-in accelerometer and speaker. The 8GB iPod touch is now available for $199, along with new models which deliver twice the capacity for the same price, with the iPod touch 32GB model for $299 and 64GB model for $399. Apple also updated the iPod shuffle today. It's now available in a 2GB model for $59 and 4GB model for $79. Both models come in silver, black, pink, blue and green.

I'm totally disappointed with the lack of a camera on the iPod touch. |

| I'm disappointed with the iPod touch update as well. I had planned on buying one today. I'll probably wait a little longer now and see how things shake out. |

Is there any differences between the 2nd gen and the current Touch other than storage size? _________________ Mac Mini 1.83 GHz C2D

Also - with the Nano getting a camera and microphone it shouldn't be too long before the touch gets another update. Some of the rumors were that there were problems with the camera. Probably have to wait until spring.... |
