| I've been drinking tons of Gatorade and water this summer. I pretty much gave up on soda and started working out, running and eating better. The result is a 30 pound weight loss and feeling better than ever. I was just wondering what flavor of Gatorade you guys liked best? I really like the taste of Lemon Lime. It also seems to quench my thirst better than the others. |

| Not a big fan. About half as much high fructose corn syrup as soda, but still far more than other choices. |

Does that help?

It's basically just a sports drink. I don't really drink that much of it myself. _________________ 1.25GHz Mac Mini / 1.8GHz iMac G5 / 2.0GHz C2D Mac mini (2009)

I drink two 32oz bottles of fruit punch (my favorite) or orange almost everyday on the job. It gets mighty hot here in the summer doing landscaping. I know some guys that even mix more salt in their bottles to prevent passing out. _________________ 1.66GHz, 1.83GHz and 2.0GHz Mac minis

I've only tried Gatorade once or twice. On taste alone, I'm not a fan.
When I'm actually thirsty I drink water. In between, it's coffee or Diet Pepsi for me. I'm sort of stuck in the old world. If it came out after 1980, I have probably never tried it Gatorade didn't become popular until the mid 80's even though it was introduced in 1965.

Nothing beats a super cold can of caffeine-free or diet Pepsi. Heck, I drink them for breakfast. Diabetes, diaschmeties! |
