I bought the Macupdate spring bundle and it included a game called "Jets n' Guns Gold" from Rake In Grass. The "Gold" version is double the number of levels and more stuff to upgrade your ship with. The regular version is 19.95 but you can also upgrade to gold later for another 10 bucks.

Also, this is a great side-scrolling "kill everything" game with an original soundtrack and lots of mayhem. You can turn the gore off but it's fun to see the little men explode is splashes of blood! Think of an extreme version of the old "Defender" game.

Great game, gamepad support included, so you don't need USB Overdrive to use your gamepad.

Oh, and they also have Windows and Linux versions, too!
