|
|
While I did find that gaming wasn't one of the major things with my computers (hence my future switch to Mac), I do occasionally like to hit up the games for the old-school systems and already have a SNES emulator currently for my PC (Snes9xw for those curious).
It isn't important or vital in the least bit and ultimately I'll still have the major systems like the PS3 or 360 but still, it would be kinda nice.
Thanks for your help and support. |

Ok heads up on this..
1. There are emulators for mac.
2. Most of them. Not all of them are pay for emualtors from the u.k.
3. The nintendo 64 emulator has problems emulating the 64.
4. The Nes and Snes emulators work. how ever slow down the frame rate
or mario will run like he is on fire. |

Thanks alot! Greatly appreciate the links, I wouldn't have thought that snex9 was made to work on mac as well (which was what I was using on my old laptop a friend of mine let me get from him).
Once again, thank you. |

Good site with links.

Anyone know of a good emulator for the old Apple II system? I've tried a few but nothing really stands out. Its a little ironic that I have to use my windows machine to run a decent Apple II emulator. |

Hi,
Was curious if anyone has ever tried VirtualII AppleII emulator for the Mac? It looks like a pretty good one and has had some pretty good comments on some of the apple II message boards.

I'm new to this site. Tons of great info! I am looking to purchase a Mini soon and was looking at that emulator to add as well. Currently use a windows based one (Applewin). |
