It's a neat idea, but I don't see the normal. everyday Mini user spending $700 to $800 on something to make thier Mac Mini a portable unit! There are cheaper alternitives out there that cost a fraction of the price!!! _________________ 13' Macbook 2.0ghz C2D w/2gb RAM and 120gb HD

I agree. After shelling out $$ for the mini, display, and the case, you could've just gotten yourself a powerbook, no? |

What's really strange is they have some sort of "Mounting Web" for the 12" PowerBook for another $100. |

| It's a nicer design than the other one, albeit a little less versatile. THe price is nuts... I guess they figure anyone who can afford an Apple display can afford the seven Franklins. |

| This really pisses me of...because it goes against the whole concept of the Mini...being small, and cheap. It's like buying a Mini Cooper and putting it inside the back of an Excursion. |

How exactly are you supposed to push the start button without opening the case |

You reach through the open back and push the button.
I know it looks like there must be some kind of perspex panel in the back there, but AFAICT from the site there's nothing but a frame. |
